For my reading task this week, I had to make a short explanation about Anzac day.
Here is what I wrote!
ANZAC day is a national day of remembrance and commemoration in Australia and New Zealand. We commemorate Anzac day to commemorate all Ausralians and New Zealanders who served and died in the wars. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. Some people make ANZAC biscuits to raise funds for the war effort.
My reading task for this week was about designing a poster about ANZAC day.

What’s the Matter?
Today we will be revising the three states of matter and learning more about atoms.

The three states of matter are solids, liquids, and gases The particles in a solid are stuck together and can’t move
The particles in a liquid have a little of space and can move a little.
The particles in a gas have a lot of space and can move around freely.
